Shipping documents email template (English)

Send copies of the invoice, packing list and B/L, and say how the originals are sent or released. The emails are in English, the usual language of international trade. Nothing you type is sent to Triplicate.

Tips for this email

  1. List each document with its number so that the buyer can see nothing is missing.
  2. Say how the originals travel (courier and tracking number) or when the bill of lading will be released.
  3. Ask the buyer to check the copies right away: corrections are easy before the originals are issued.
