Privacy policy

1. What we collect

Triplicate has no accounts. The documents you create are built in your browser and are never sent to our servers (except text you choose to paste into AI quick fill, see section 7). Your last entries, saved documents, saved buyers and products, logo and stamp image are kept in your own browser's local storage. You can remove them by clearing this site's data in your browser.

2. Anonymous usage statistics

To see which features help people, we count anonymous events as daily totals: page views, which features are used (for example "PDF exported"), the website that linked to us, and the country derived from the connection. We do not use cookies for this and we do not store IP addresses or any identifier that could single you out.

3. Feedback

If you send feedback, we store the text, the email address you choose to add (only so we can reply), your interface language and country for up to 12 months.

4. Pro subscriptions and payments

Card subscriptions are sold by Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record, and Polar's own privacy policy applies to your payment details; we only check whether your license key is valid. Crypto payments go straight from your wallet to ours on the public TRON blockchain; our server reads that public transaction to confirm the payment. To enforce the two-device limit, a random device code created by your browser is stored with your license.

5. Advertising and cookies

This site may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ad Settings. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

6. Wallet details on your documents

If you add a wallet address to a document, it is printed on that document only. Triplicate does not receive, hold or transfer your buyers' payments.

7. AI assistant and AI quick fill

When you ask the Triplicate AI assistant a question, the question (and the last few messages of that conversation) is sent to our server and processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to write the answer. We do not store your questions or the answers; we only count how many questions are asked per day and language. To prevent abuse, your connection's IP address is used briefly in memory to limit how many questions can be sent per minute, and is not saved. Please do not type personal or confidential information into the assistant.

When you use AI quick fill in the generator, the text you paste (for example a purchase order or an email) is sent to our server and processed by Cloudflare Workers AI only to fill in the form. We do not store the text or the result; we only count how many fills are made per day. The filled-in details are then kept only in your browser like the rest of the form. Remove anything you do not want to send before pasting.

When you press Search with AI on the HS code lookup, the product description you typed is sent to our server and processed by Cloudflare Workers AI only to suggest HS headings. It is not stored; we only count how many lookups are made per day and language. Searching as you type runs entirely in your browser.

When an AI assistant or a program uses our MCP server or API (api.triplicatedocs.com/mcp and /api/v1), the order data it sends is processed in memory only to build the documents link, totals, checks or HS and shipment results, and is not stored. The documents link carries the data after the "#" sign, which browsers do not send to any server; the generator reads it in your browser. We count only how many calls each tool receives per day. The IP address is used briefly in memory to limit requests and is not saved.

8. Support payments

If you send a voluntary support payment in USDT, it goes directly from your wallet to ours on the public TRON blockchain. Such payments are not charitable donations, are not tax-deductible and cannot be refunded.

Triplicate는 회원가입이 없으며, 작성한 서류는 이용자 브라우저에서 만들어지고 서버로 전송되지 않습니다(AI 빠른 입력에 직접 붙여넣은 텍스트는 예외, 7항 참고). 마지막 입력 내용, 저장한 서류, 저장한 수입자·제품, 로고, 도장 이미지는 이용자 브라우저의 localStorage에만 저장되며, 브라우저에서 사이트 데이터를 지우면 삭제됩니다.

2. 익명 이용 통계

어떤 기능이 도움이 되는지 파악하기 위해 페이지 방문, 사용한 기능(예: PDF 저장), 유입된 웹사이트, 접속 국가를 날짜별 합계로만 셉니다. 이를 위해 쿠키를 쓰지 않으며 IP 주소나 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보는 저장하지 않습니다.

3. 의견 보내기

의견을 보내시면 내용, 답변을 원해 입력한 이메일, 화면 언어와 국가를 최대 12개월간 보관합니다.

4. Pro 구독과 결제

카드 구독은 Polar(polar.sh)가 판매자로서 처리하며 결제 정보에는 Polar의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 운영자는 라이선스 키의 유효 여부만 확인합니다. 코인 결제는 구매자 지갑에서 운영자 지갑으로 공개 TRON 블록체인을 통해 바로 전송되며, 서버는 공개된 거래 기록을 읽어 결제를 확인합니다. 기기 2대 제한을 위해 브라우저가 만든 임의의 기기 코드를 라이선스와 함께 저장합니다.

5. 광고 및 쿠키

본 사이트는 Google AdSense 광고를 게재할 수 있으며, Google 및 제3자는 쿠키를 사용해 이용자의 방문 기록에 기반한 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. 맞춤 광고는 Google 광고 설정에서 해제할 수 있습니다.

6. 서류에 인쇄되는 지갑 정보

이용자가 서류에 입력한 지갑 주소는 해당 서류에 인쇄될 뿐이며, Triplicate는 이용자 거래처의 대금을 받거나 보관하거나 이체하지 않습니다.

7. AI 도우미와 AI 빠른 입력

Triplicate AI 도우미에 질문하면 질문 내용(과 해당 대화의 최근 몇 개 메시지)이 서버로 전송되어 Cloudflare Workers AI가 답변을 작성합니다. 질문과 답변은 저장하지 않으며, 날짜·언어별 질문 수만 셉니다. 남용을 막기 위해 접속 IP 주소를 분당 질문 수 제한에만 메모리에서 잠시 사용하며 저장하지 않습니다. 개인정보나 기밀 정보는 입력하지 마세요.

생성기에서 AI 빠른 입력을 사용하면 붙여넣은 텍스트(발주서, 이메일 등)가 서버로 전송되어 양식을 채우는 용도로만 Cloudflare Workers AI가 처리합니다. 텍스트와 결과는 저장하지 않으며, 하루 이용 횟수만 셉니다. 채워진 내용은 다른 입력 내용과 마찬가지로 이용자 브라우저에만 저장됩니다. 보내고 싶지 않은 내용은 붙여넣기 전에 지워 주세요.

HS코드 조회에서 'AI로 검색'을 누르면 입력한 품명이 서버로 전송되어 HS 호(4단위) 추천 용도로만 Cloudflare Workers AI가 처리합니다. 저장하지 않으며, 날짜·언어별 조회 수만 셉니다. 입력하는 동안 나타나는 검색 결과는 전부 이용자 브라우저 안에서 처리됩니다.

AI 도우미나 프로그램이 MCP 서버·API(api.triplicatedocs.com/mcp, /api/v1)를 이용하면, 보내온 주문 정보는 서류 링크·합계·점검 결과나 HS·선적 계산 결과를 만드는 데에만 메모리에서 처리되고 저장되지 않습니다. 서류 링크는 정보를 "#" 뒤에 담아 전달하며, 이 부분은 브라우저가 어떤 서버에도 보내지 않고 생성기가 이용자 브라우저 안에서 읽습니다. 도구별 하루 호출 수만 세며, IP 주소는 요청 수 제한에만 메모리에서 잠시 사용하고 저장하지 않습니다.

8. 응원(자발적 결제)

USDT로 보내 주시는 응원 결제는 공개 TRON 블록체인을 통해 이용자 지갑에서 운영자 지갑으로 바로 전송됩니다. 이는 기부금이 아닌 자발적 결제이며, 세액공제 대상이 아니고 환불되지 않습니다.
