Tips for this email
- Give the effective date and say clearly whether orders already confirmed keep the old price; check your contract or quotation terms before you change them.
- Give a short, honest reason such as raw material, energy or freight costs, without blaming the buyer, and attach the new price list.
- Offer something useful where you can, such as a deadline to order at the old price or a call to discuss volumes.
