Ask the forwarder or carrier to book the shipment after accepting the quote. The emails are in English, the usual language of international trade. Nothing you type is sent to Triplicate.

Tips for this email

  1. Quote the rate reference and confirm the container type and number of containers.
  2. Give the cargo ready date and the pick-up address, and ask for the cut-off times for documents, VGM and cargo.
  3. Send your shipping instructions as soon as you receive the booking confirmation.
