How it works
The assistant searches Triplicate's own guides in your language (Incoterms rules, HS codes, landed cost, letters of credit, certificates of origin, containers and more) and writes an answer from them with an AI model, linking to the pages it used. It is general information, not legal or tax advice.
Common questions
Is the AI assistant free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and no charge. To keep it free, there is a daily limit on the number of answers across all visitors; if it is reached, try again the next day.
Can it tell me the exact duty rate for my product?
No. Duty rates depend on the exact HS code, the country of origin and trade agreements, and they change. The assistant explains how to find the rate and links to official tariff sites; confirm the final rate with the importing country's customs or a licensed customs broker.
Which languages does it understand?
It answers in the language you write in, including all 15 languages of this site: English, Chinese, Arabic, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Japanese and Korean.
