Ask a supplier for samples before ordering: which items, where to send them, who pays, and what the courier invoice should say. The emails are in English, the usual language of international trade. Nothing you type is sent to Triplicate.
Tips for this email
- List each sample with its model and specification, so that the samples match what you will order.
- Agree who pays for the samples and the courier, and give your courier account number if you pay the freight.
- Ask for a sample invoice that shows the real value and the reason for export: customs needs a value even for free samples, and an invoice value of 0 often causes holds.
