Are my documents uploaded?
No. They are made and saved in your browser. AI quick fill sends only the text you paste, to fill in the form, and it is not stored.
How do I start Pro after paying?
Polar sends you a license key. The app opens the key box after checkout; you can also tap Pro, choose “I have a license key” and paste it.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from the customer portal link in Polar's emails. The subscription then stops renewing.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. Polar is the merchant of record and emails a receipt for each payment, with VAT or sales tax handled where it applies.
Will customs and banks accept these documents?
They follow common commercial practice and flag frequent gaps, but requirements differ by country and bank. Check your letter of credit, and ask your forwarder or broker about regulated goods.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The generator, PDF and Excel, the checks and all the tools are free. Pro adds the extras above.
