Privacy policy

Effective September 26, 2026.

1. What we collect

Triplicate has no accounts. The documents you create are built in your browser and are never sent to our servers. Your last entries, saved documents and logo are kept in your own browser's local storage. You can remove them by clearing this site's data in your browser.

2. Anonymous usage statistics

To see which features help people, we count anonymous events as daily totals: page views, which features are used (for example "PDF exported"), the website that linked to us, and the country derived from the connection. We do not use cookies for this and we do not store IP addresses or any identifier that could single you out.

3. Feedback

If you send feedback, we store the text, the email address you choose to add (only so we can reply), your interface language and country for up to 12 months.

4. Pro subscriptions and payments

Card subscriptions are sold by Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record, and Polar's own privacy policy applies to your payment details; we only check whether your license key is valid. Crypto payments go straight from your wallet to ours on the public TRON blockchain; our server reads that public transaction to confirm the payment. To enforce the two-device limit, a random device code created by your browser is stored with your license.

5. Advertising and cookies

This site may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ad Settings. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

6. Wallet details on your documents

If you add a wallet address to a document, it is printed on that document only. Triplicate does not receive, hold or transfer your buyers' payments.
